Required application documents
Below you can find a list of documents which are needed to apply for our online payment solutions. Please inform us which documents you can provide next to the mandatory. In case you cannot provide a mandatory document, please provide an explanation and a valid document of equal power.
- Copy of business license / Company registration (mandatory)
- Copy of articles of incorporation (or partnership agreement) (mandatory)
- Copy of passport of the director (mandatory)
- Copy of utility bill or any other valid proof of either permanent residence of CEO (or managing director) or office lease/ownership contract (mandatory)
- If currently merchant services credit card processing, please provide 6 months or complete history of recent credit card statements from processor.
- If you host the online payment page, it has to be PCI self assessment.
